Add oil in pan fry ginger chopped and paste and mint leaf.
Then add garlic fry it for min
Then add onion paste fry it upto colour change
Then add tomato paste and salt stir it.
Add tumeric, fennal powder, chilli powder fry for min and add mutton and water. wait upto it cook well
Then add suger, soya sause and tomato sause mix well and stir upto paste stick on mutton. need oil means add more.
Ready serve with chapatti, parotta.
